What you are signing up for
Memberships run on a three month minimum. After that, thirty days written notice to customercare@thedendxb.com, so four months in total. We would rather say that plainly now than have you find out when you try to leave. Freeze allowance is 30 days on the 16 and 20 class memberships, 60 days on Unlimited. Injured or unwell? Send a doctor's note and we freeze it. Full detail in the refund and cancellation policy.
